The Ontario Cattlemen's Association (OCA), Beef Improvement Ontario (BIO), Farm Credit Canada (FCC) have cooperated in establishing the BREEDER LOAN PROGRAM to enable members of the co-op to purchase bred heifers, bred cows, cow-calf pairs and open yearling heifers.

The goals and commitment of the SWBB are: Ø To offer financing for the establishment, growth and stability of the cow calf producers throughout Southwestern Ontario Ø To develop and grow with the support of the members and other associations for the betterment of the cow/calf industry. Ø To promote health protocols to build quality source of finishing calves from Ontario Ø To participate in mandatory age verification for all cows and calves. Ø To build a network of farmer for farmers. |
