I recently had the opportunity to travel to western Ontario and present some research data and topics of interest to cow-calf producers. I met some great people and saw the tremendous opportunities ahead of us in the cattle business. Two questions that came up a couple of times at meetings was regarding the issue of vaccine virus shedding after vaccination with Modified Live Vaccines and what risk this may pose to in contact animals, as well as the use of Modified Live Vaccines in pregnant cows. ...More
